This Grenache from the misty hills of Santa Barbara represents the first offering from outside of Napa and Sonoma. It’s also our first Grenache. We simply love this grape that has been made popular in the Southern Rhone. Hey Southern Rhone is great, but have you ever been to Santa Barbara?
Surprisingly inky in color there are rich flavors of sweet kirsch, raspberry, pepper, spice, roasted herb, and licorice. This wine has a bright finish of cassis, crushed cherry, black currant and a dash of white pepper. Exotic, deep and long - we are very proud to release such a striking masterpiece.
